摘要
企业年度培训计划是从组织的发展战略出发,在全面的培训需求分析的基础上对整体培训活动作出的系统安排。本文基于江苏井神盐化股份有限公司的管理实践,阐述了企业如何导入先进培训理念和管理方法,逐步建立制定与实施培训计划的工作体系,从而提升培训工作的科学化水平。
From the strategy of organization development,the company annual training plan is the schedule of the overall training activities,on the basis of the analysis of comprehensive training needs.In this paper,based on the management practices of Jiangsu Jingshen Salt Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd,the authors elaborate on how the corporate brings in the advanced training concept and management methods,gradually design the work system of establishing and implementing the annual training plan,and finally improve the training’s scientific level.
