高强度烧结管式膜分离纯化甘蔗糖汁的研究

摘要 采用高强度烧结管式膜(A1203/PVDF材质)分离纯化甘蔗糖汁,考察了操作压力、不同料液以及料液温度等对其通量的影响。结果表明:甘蔗清汁的通量随着温度的降低呈下降趋势,而随着压力的增大成倍数增加,之后,随着压力的增大,膜通量升高的速度较为缓慢;当操作压力为0.09~0.20MPa时,膜过滤对清汁的色值去除率和浊度去除率分别为34.5%~48.4%和78.0%~111.2%;而甘蔗糖浆的色值去除率为23.5%,浊度去除率为87.8%。 Sugarcane juice was separated and purified by High Strength Sintered Tubular Membrane (HSSTM) which was made of Al2O3/PVDF in this paper. The effects of working pressure, material density, material temperature on sugarcane juice flux were studied. The results showed that the sugarcane juice was significantly decreased gradually with reducing temperature, while it was multiple increased when the pressure increased. Afterwards, with the pressure increases, the increasing flux velocity was slow. When the pressure was 0.09 to 0.20 MPa, the color value removal rate and turbidity removal rate of sugarcane juice were 34.5%-48.4% and 78.0%-111.2%, respectively. And the color value removal rate and turbidity removal rate of sugarcane syrup were 23.5% and 87.8%, respectively.
