摘要
腐蚀是制糖工业中公认的问题,严重地影响设备金属材料的使用寿命和可靠性。腐蚀不仅占制糖成本的很大一部分,并且在无形中制约着制糖的发展。本文介绍了甘蔗糖厂中制糖设备存在的腐蚀现象,分别从蔗汁成分、细菌的影响、化学助剂的使用等方面进行综合分析,提出控制腐蚀的建议。
Corrosion is a recognized problem in the sugar industry, which seriously affected the life and reliability of the metal material of the equipment. The cost associated with corrosion forms a large part of the expenses of sugar mills. It also virtually restricts the development of the sugar industry. This article deals respectively with the problem of corrosion in cane sugar mills from the juice ingredients, bacterial effects, the use of chemical additives and other aspects. Based on the above analysis, corrosion control suggestions are recommended.
