摘要
根据糖厂煮糖过程的工艺要求,我们研发了母液锤度、糖膏锤度的双参数自动煮糖控制系统。通过母液锤度、糖膏锤度等参数推算出煮糖过程的晶体含量,并通过模糊控制算法来调节物料阀、热水阀、蒸汽阀,控制煮糖过程的过饱和度和晶体的结晶速度,实现高浓度自动煮糖,缩短煮糖时间,减少煮糖过程用汽量,达到节能目的。
Based on the process requirements of the sugarcane crystallization section in sugar mill, we developed a dual-parameter automatic sugar boiling control system, namely, the mother liquid brix and massecuite brix. The crystal content of the sugar boiling process could be calculated by mother liquid brix and massecuite brix. The feed, hot water, and steam were controlled with fuzzy controlling algorithm to have the supersaturation and the crystallization rate under control, then the high concentration automatic sugar boiling is achieved. This control system reduces the consumption of water and steam, and the boiling time, saving energy.
