随着信息化时代的来临,生产企业的信息化建设迫在眉睫,丝绸生产企业规模小等弊端阻碍着信息化建设的发展。以实地接触丝绸生产企业为研究对象,尝试探索推进企业信息化工程的策略及办法。阐述了信息化的含义、企业信息化建设的含义、信息化在推动生产企业发展进程中的优势与必要性,分析了国内丝绸生产企业信息化建设存在的问题,并提出了整改措施,认为丝绸企业应选择从适合企业特点的软件、充分做好数据与思想准备工作、做好员工培训工作等方面入手,实施信息化建设需要步步为营,生产企业应及时了解、把握、运用国家政策,加快信息化建设进程。

As information age comes, informatization construction of manufacturing enterprises is extremely urgent. Small scale and other shortcomings of silk manufacturing enterprises hinder the development of informatization construction. This paper takes silk manufacturing enterprises as the object of study to try to explore the strategies and methods to boost informatization engineering of enterprises. This paper expounds the meaning of informatization, the implication of enterprise informatization construction as well as the superiority and necessity of informatization in the process of driving development of manufacturing enterprises, analyzes the problems existing informatization construction of domestic silk manufacturing enterprises and raises rectification measures. Silk manufacturing enterprises should choose the software suitable for enterprise characteristics, complete data and mental preparation fully and carry out staff training. Informatization construction needs to consolidate step by step. Manufacturing enterprises should timely know, grasp and apply national policies to accelerate the process of informatization construction.
