摘要
分析了我国当前利用外资问题；主要有：内资的闲置，结构失衡，技术含量低，国有资产大量流失。为此，提出了相应的对策。
This article deals with the analysis of China’s utilization of foreign funds.At present we have the following problems: idling of internal fund ,imbalance of structure, low technical content,erosion of state-owned assets.For this,the author presents relative countermeasures.
