摘要
随着00后运动员逐渐进入运动队,逐渐担当起主力军的角色,充分了解00后运动员的思想特点,做好00后运动员的思想教育管理工作是各运动队运动员思想政治教育工作面临的首要问题。本文从00后运动员的思想教育管理的实务出发,在分析和总结00后运动员思想特点的基础上,积极探索与时代相吻合、符合运动员身心发展规律、符合00后运动员思想特点的教育管理具体措施,以求为创新和加强00后运动员思想教育管理提供理论依据。
As athletes born alter zuuu are Delng aomltteu into professional teams where they are beginning to play the leading role, it follows that a full understanding of the characteristics of their thinking and good ideological edu- cation and management targeting them becomes the pri- mary task of athletes＇ ideological and political education for each professional sports team. This paper departs from the practical work of ideological education and manage- ment, and then summarizes the characteristics of post- 2000 athletes＇ thinking. The purpose of the paper is to ex- plore concrete measures that are in tune with the times, agree with the physical and mental development of those athletes, and are tailored to their thinking characteristics. I hope that this paper will provide valuable information re- garding the ideological education and management of post-2000 athletes.
