现行国际货币体系改革分析

Reform and Analysis of Current International Currency System

亚洲金融危机已经过去两年了，但其对世界经济的消极影响至今尚未完全消除，“以史为鉴，可知兴衰”，因而，进一步分析危机爆发的深层次原因，仍具有现实意义。本文将危机爆发的根本原因归结为现行国际货币制度具有的本身无法克服的理论缺陷和弊端，并在分析这些弊端的基础上，从理论和现实操作两方面剖析了当前几种比较流行的国际货币体系改革方案。

Asian financial crisis has gone by for two years but the negative impact of it on the global economy still exists.By using history as a mirror we may foresee the rise and fall of a society.Therefore,it is of practical significance to further analyse the deep causes of Asian financial crisis.The author of this article attributes the fundamental causes of the crisis to the inextricable theoretical defaults and disadvantages of the present international monetary system.On the basis of this analysis,the author proposes a reform plan for current international monetary system.
