高校高水平运动队发展研究

Research on the Development of High Level Sports Teams in Universities

通过文献资料、数据统计等研究方法,分析发现高校高水平运动队发展过程中存在三方面问题:学训矛盾需要解决;融资机制需要健全;产权归属需要明确。建议借鉴国外经验,形成特有的模式;获得政策支持和加强自身造血功能;建立健全相关法律法规,保证三方在应对冲突和利益纠纷时有法可依;大胆探索,积极创新,抓住学训矛盾的关键点,区别对待高校高水平运动员,积极寻求符合高校高水平运动员特点的教育方式和培养模式。

Based on literature searches and statistic re- sults, I find three problems in the developmental process of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities, namely, the contradiction between learning and training, an unsound financing mechanism, and uncldear property rights ownership. To solve these problems, I offer the fol- lowing suggestions： Learning from foreign experiences and forming a unique pattern strengthening their own lishing and improving which the three parties Being bold and creative, ;Obtaining policy support and hematopoietic function＂ ; estab- relevant laws and regulations, will abide by when in conflict; singling out the key points of the contradiction between learning and training, treating high- level athletes differently, and exploring educational meth-odologies and train modes that suit high-level athletes.
