南京市幼儿体育活动开展现状的调查与分析

The Present Situation of Physical Activity by Preschool Children in Nanjing

幼儿体育活动是幼儿园教育的重要组成部分,也是终生体育的启蒙阶段。幼儿体育有利于增强儿童体质,促进幼儿身心健康,养成终身体育的习惯,对提高国民的身体素质水平具有重要作用。通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、观察法、数据统计法等研究方法,为了对南京市幼儿园体育活动开展的情况有客观的了解,随机选取100所南京市幼儿园对其体育教学开展现状进行调查,并试从教育学角度,对幼儿体育教学开展现状存在的问题做出分析,对幼儿体育教学的影响因素进行分析并得出结论,为幼儿体育教学的改革与发展提出建议。

Preschool children＇s physical activity is an im- portant part of kindergarten education, and the stage of enlightenment for lifelong physical activity. Physical ac- tivity is beneficial to children＇s physical and mental health, and helps them form the habit of doing physical activity for life. In the long run, physical activity plays an important role in improving the physical quality of the whole nation. The goal of this study was to understand physical activity in kindergartens of Nanjing. I randomly chose 100 kindergartens in Nanjing and investigated their physical education classes. I looked at the problems inteaching from a pedagogical angle, analyzed those factors that affected physical education teaching, and thereby drew my conclusions. I hope these conclusions will be conducive to the reform of preschool physical education teaching.
