南京青奥会大学生志愿者的诸多价值研究

Multifold Values of College Student Volunteers for the Nanjing Youth Olympic Games

通过对南京青奥会大学生志愿者的社会价值、赛事价值、自身价值的研究,明确了大学生志愿者在赛事举办中对人力资源、资金资源、文化宣传等方面的社会价值;体现了大学生志愿者在赛事举办过程中的基础作用,以及在赛事文化宣传中的推动作用;对于大学生自身的发展来说,志愿者活动还对其起了推动德育践行的作用,起了促进自身能力发展的作用,增强自身的社会责任感的作用;通过对大学生志愿者诸多价值的明确,激励更多的大学生积极投入到志愿者的活动中来。共同为社会和国家的建设承担起应有的责任,实现中华民族的复兴梦想。

Volunteering for the Nanjing Youth Olympic Games helps college students fulfill their values on multi- ple dimensions. Social value, because of their contribu- tion to human resources, financial resources and cultural promotion. Event value, because of their role in the or- ganization of the events and promotion of event-related culture. Self-value, because volunteering provides oppor- tunities to practice their moral views, increase their abili- ties and enhance their sense of social responsibility. A good understanding of these values can inspire more col- lege students to take part in volunteering.
