摘要
语言的表达离不开语境,而语境也是语言赖以生存和发展的环境。语境的作用为:使语意明确化;使省略句完整化;使语意单一化。语境在高职英语教学中的应用表现在几个方面:篇章教学;词汇教学;语法教学;听力教学;写作教学。
The language use is inseparable from contexts. The functions of contexts help with the ex-plicitation of meaning, and completion of elliptical sentences. English teaching of vocational colleges con- cerns about textual teaching, vocabulary teaching, grammar teaching, listening teaching and writing teach-ing.
