中国环境社会学的学科发展与研究特色

Disciplinary Development and Research Specialties of China's Environmental Sociology

中国环境社会学学科发展既滞后于国内环境社会科学,更滞后于国外环境社会学。虽然如此,中国环境社会学在近年取得了长足进步。经验研究方面,在水环境、草原环境和海洋环境研究中形成了较为稳定的学术共同体,并形成了鲜明的研究特色。理论构建方面,虽尚未形成理论体系,但已初步形成具有本土特色的研究假设和概念框架。中国环境社会学正方兴未艾,但深入的经验研究和系统化的理论探索尚亟待开展。中国环境社会学的学科发展需要秉持本土化、特色化和理论化的发展方向,形成中国学派,进而增强在国际环境社会学界的话语权。

Disciplinary construction of China＇s environmental sociology cannot keep up with the current develop- ment of domestic environmental social science. Nor can it compete with its foreign counterparts. Nevertheless, recent years have witnessed considerable progress in environmental sociology research. Achievements have been gained in empirical researches concerning water environment, grassland environment and marine environmental studies, with a comparatively stable academic community established and distinctive characteristics formed. As regard to theory construction, although a complete theoretical system has not yet been formed, localized research hypothesis and conceptual framework has taken shape. Chinese environmental sociology is in the ascendant. Em- pirical researches in-depth and systematic theoretical exploration are still necessary to be carried out. The devel- opment of environmental sociology in China need to follow the guidelines of localization, characterization and the- oreticalization in order to form a China School in research and thus enhance our right to speak in the international academic community of environmental sociology.
