聚酯纤维和玻璃渣改善高性能混凝土力学性能的研究

摘要 为了提高高性能混凝土的力学性能和抗裂性能,在高性能混凝土中掺入玻璃渣、聚酯纤维和粉煤灰,设计L18(37)正交试验方案,分析研究了各因素对混凝土力学性能的影响和混凝土收缩变形的规律.试验表明,聚酯纤维和玻璃渣可以有效改善混凝土的抗裂性能并减小收缩,其效果明显优于基准组.综合考虑抗压、劈裂抗拉强度及经济效益,最终确定出最优组合为水胶比0.30、粉煤灰20%、玻璃渣15%、聚酯纤维1.5 kg/m3、砂率38%. To improve the crack-resistance and mechanical property of the high performance concrete(HPC),orthogonal test project,L18(37),has been designed by taken the water-binder ratio,broken glass polyester fiber as factors.The working principle of each factor on the mechanical properties of concrete and shrinkage deformation of concrete research has been analyzed and studied,and the Mechanism of Action has been indicated.The test indicates that the polyester fiber,together with the broken glass can efficiently improve the crack-resistance of concrete and also can reduce shrinkage;the effect is obviously superior to the baseline group,as well.Crush resistance,Splitting tensile strength,and economic benefit,taken these three factors together,an optimal composition has been finally given in which the water-binder ratio should be 0.30,coal ash 20%,broken glass 15% polyester fibre 1.5 and sand ratio 38%.
