摘要
针对多层压力容器热套工艺控制难、技术要求高等不足,基于线弹性热力耦合有限元理论,建立了某双层圆筒热套工艺的有限元数值模型,并对热套工艺整个动态过程进行了模拟,计算得到的预紧压应力与理论计算结果基本吻合,验证了所开发的有限元模型具有较好的准确性.该研究为多层厚壁容器热套工艺提供了一种新的研究思路和技术手段.
For the problems of technology shortage and control difficulty in shrink fit process of multilayered pressure vessel,the finite element model of shrink fit process for a two-layered cylinder is developed on the base of linear-elastic thermalmechanical coupling finite element theory.The whole dynamic process of shrink fit is reappeared in simulating,and the simulated residual compression stress is agreement with theoretical solution,it proves that the developed finite element model is with good accuracy.New research idea and technical means is provided in research.
