目前大多高端装备制造产业管理者在成本管理方面的关注力度不够,在成本控制方面存在许多误区,本文有针对性地提出了解决高端装备制造业控制产品生产成本误区的对策,以利于高端装备制造产业提高管理水平,有效的遏制产品生产成本。

Most high-end equipment manufacturing industry managers do not pay due attention to cost management, so there arc many problems concerning cost control. This paper, therefore, puts forward the countermeasures to solve the misunderstandings on production cost control of high-end equipment manufacturing industry, which is beneficial to improve the level of management and effectively keep down the production cost.
