On the Necessity and Strategic Concept of Constructing“Xiang-yu-qian-e” Border Trade Logistics Center in Jishou

面对同处武陵内区的怀化、张家界、铜仁、恩施、黔江等地区的竞争,吉首如何明辨大势,准确定位,先谋先动,全力发展经济,取得地区竞争优势,事关吉首乃至大湘西的未来。本文分析了将吉首建成湘鄂渝黔四省市边区商贸物流中心的必要性及可能性,并提出了战略构想。

In face of the competition from Huaihua, Zhangjiajie, Tongren, Enshi, Qianjiang all situated in Wuling district, Jishou should know the trend, its positioning, first move in full economic development to gain regional competitive advantage, which is of vital importance for the future of Jishou, as well as Xiangxi. This paper analyzes the necessity and possibility of building ＂Hunan- Hubei-Chongqing-Guizhou＂ border trade logistics center in Jishou and puts forward the strategic concept.
