网络论坛教学评论与网上评教的比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 校园网络论坛已经成为大学生实时发布各种观点和体会的公共平台,不过其中产生的教学评论信息目前尚未得到应有的关注。文章尝试采用自动文本情感分类方法抽取和分类论坛上的教学评论信息,并且与教务系统中的网上评教进行了比较分析。结果表明:与网上评教相比,尽管四个主要因素对两者结果的影响相同,但是网络论坛的教学评论更倾向给出建议性质的批评。因此,网络论坛教学评论可以作为网上评教的辅助手段,弥补现有网上评教方法的不足,为教学管理部门实施动态教学管理提供了一种新的途径。 Campus network forum has become a public platform for sharing views and experiences of university students, but the teaching evaluation information hasn't yet got due attention. The paper tries to draw out and classifies the teaching comments in the forum by using text sentiment classification method, and compares it with online teaching evaluation in the education administration system. The results show that online forum teaching evaluation tends to include more suggestive criticism despite the same major influence. Therefore, online forum teaching comments may be an aid to network teaching evaluation to make up for the deficiency and provide a new dynamic management mode for the teaching administration.
