氢气医学的临床应用进展

摘要 氢是自然界最丰富的元素,约占宇宙物质的75%,氢气是一种无色、无味、无嗅的双原子气体,高度易燃。过去大部分学者一直认为氢气是一种生理性惰性气体,像氮气一样不与体内任何物质发生反应。1975年Dole等发现将小鼠放于高压氢气舱内,能通过抗氧化作用抑制皮肤肿瘤的生长,但是因为高压氢气不能作为常规治疗手段应用于临床,并未引起学术界的重视。
