辛伐他汀对糖尿病大鼠低血糖时血清炎症因子及血管内皮的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病大鼠在低血糖时外周血清炎症因子水平的变化及辛伐他汀对血管内皮的保护作用。方法取54只雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为正常饲养组(NC)18只,糖尿病组(DM)36只。DM组随机平均分为DA、DB两组,DA组行辛伐他汀灌胃,DB组用等量生理盐水灌胃,4周后胰岛素诱发急性低血糖。3组大鼠均按血糖≤3.0mmol/L为低血糖标准。将各组大鼠随机分为两组,分别以60mg/kg、120mg/kg腹腔注射胰岛素,诱导低血糖后2h腹主动脉血,用3 000r/min离心机立即检测诱导低血糖前后血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)含量及总的抗氧化能力。结果 DA组较DB组IL-6、hs-CPR及总抗氧化能力有统计学意义(P<0.05),NC组较DB组IL-6、hs-CPR及总抗氧化能力有统计学意义(P<0.05);轻度低血糖时NC组、DA组、DB组IL-6、hs-CPR均升高,NC组、DA组和DB组总抗氧化能力降低,DA组与DB组IL-6、hs-CPR、总抗氧化能力有统计学意义;中度低血糖时DA组与NC组IL-6、hs-CPR及总抗氧化能力有统计学意义,DA组较DB组IL-6、hs-CPR及总抗氧化能力均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辛伐他汀在糖尿病大鼠急性低血糖时有抗炎、抗氧化、保护血管内皮的作用,但其作用随着血糖水平的降低而减弱。
