摘要 多发性骨髓瘤(MM)是一种恶性B细胞克隆性疾病,MM细胞对常规化疗的耐药率高,化疗有效率低。迄今MM疗效和预后差,仍是一种不可治愈的疾病。MM发病机制甚为复杂,涉及控制细胞生长、增殖、分化、凋亡和耐药等多条信号转导途径。新兴的蛋白质组学技术,是一种有效的高通量研究模式,能动态、整体、定量地考察疾病发生过程中的全部蛋白质表达种类和数量的变化,本文就MM的蛋白质组学研究作一述评。 Multiple myeloma(MM) is a malignant B cell clonal disease.MM cell has a high resistant rate to conventional chemotherapy and the effective rate is low.Hitherto,the therapeutic effect and prognosis of MM are poor.MM is still an incurable disease.The pathogenesis of MM is quite complicated,involving multiple signal transduction pathways which controls cell growth,proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis and resistance.Newly emerging proteomics technology is an effective and high-throughput research mode,which can dynamically,integrally and quantitatively examine the changes in the types and quantities of the expression of all proteins during the disease process.This text will make a commentary on MM proteomics research.
