两种方法治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效对比分析

Clinical efficacy analysis of two kinds of treatments on pityriasis rosea

目的观察泛昔洛韦与加用氯雷他定、复方青黛胶囊和复方樟脑乳膏联合两种治疗方法对玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效。方法 64例玫瑰糠疹患者随机分为单用泛昔洛韦治疗32例(对照组)和加用氯雷他定、复方青黛胶囊和复方樟脑乳膏联合治疗32例(实验组)。对照组口服泛昔洛韦,每次0.3克,2次/天。实验组在对照组的基础上口服氯雷他定,每次10mg,1次/天;口服复方青黛胶囊,一次4粒,3次/天;复方樟脑乳膏搽患处,3次/天。两组均以7天为一个疗程,14天后观察比较临床疗效。结果治疗后两组的疗效比较有显著统计学差异(P<0.01),实验组患者的疗效明显好于对照组;实验组患者未出现皮肤刺痒等并发症及明显的副作用。结论泛昔洛韦、氯雷他定、复方青黛胶囊和复方樟脑乳膏联合治疗玫瑰糠疹疗效显著且安全、无明显毒副作用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of famciclovir plused loratadine in the the treatment of pityriasis rosea,compared to compound qingdai capsul and compound camphor cream.Methods 64 patients with pityriasis rosea were randomly divided into single-use famciclovir group and added loratadine,compound qingdai capsule and compound camphor cream combined treatment group.Each group had 32 cases.While the treatment group,on the basis of the control one,oralled loratadine,each 10mg,once a day;Oraled compound qingdai capsules,once served four,three times a day;compound camphor cream painted on the affected area,three times a day.A course of treatment was 7 days,Observed and compared the clinical efficacy after 14 days.Results After treatment,between the two groups,there were significantly statistical differences in the effects（P〈0.01）.The efficacies of the experimental group were significantly better than the control.The experimental group patients had no complications such as skin itching,neither apparent side effects.Conclusion Famciclovir,loratadine combined with compound qingdai capsule and compound camphor cream is the more blatantly effective with no conspicuous side effects,and it is a safer way to treat pityriasis.Its effect is significantly better than the simple application of famciclovir.
