体表常见囊肿的手术治疗方法探讨

Discussion on the surgical methods to the commonly periphery cysts

目的总结常见体表囊肿手术切除治疗中的临床经验。方法对256例体表皮脂腺囊肿、表皮样囊肿、皮样囊肿采用外科手术方法切除,囊肿切除后创面采用原位缝合或临近皮瓣修复,已发生感染的囊肿可待感染控制后或直接扩大手术切除。结果 256例患者切除囊肿后,伤口均一期愈合,术后恢复良好,未见囊肿复发,予以局部皮瓣转移的患者能够达到较满意的美学效果。结论对于体表常见囊肿的治疗,手术切除加局部皮瓣转移可取得满意的治疗效果,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To summarize the practical experiences of the surgical treatment on the commonly periphery cysts.Methods 256 patients who suffered from the periphery cysts（including Sebaceous cyst,EpideHrmoid cyst,Zoomylus） were treated by surgical excision.The defects were closed by direct closure or local transferred flaps,some infected cysts could be excisied after the infection was controlled or could be extendedly excisied.Results After surgery,all cysts were closed primarily.The postoperative recoveries were perfect,and there were no cysts recurred.And the patients who got the transferred flaps led to satisfactory effect.Conclusion To treat the commonly periphery cysts,the surgical excision plus the flaps transferring can lead to satisfactory cosmetic effects,we should popularized more widely.
