颅内动脉瘤的介入栓塞治疗分析

Analysis of Interventional Therapy in Intracranial Aneurysm

目的探讨颅内动脉瘤血管内弹簧圈栓塞治疗的临床价值。方法 40例颅内动脉瘤患者共47个瘤体,其中28例采用单纯弹簧圈栓塞,12例采用支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞。结果 40例患者栓塞成功39例(97.5%),1例行手术夹闭。结论血管内弹簧圈栓塞动脉瘤是防止动脉瘤再破裂出血的有效方法,栓塞治疗效果好,安全可靠。

Objective To explore the clinical value of endovascular coil embolism of intracranial aneurysm.Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with 47 intracranial aneurysms,of which,28 were endovascularly embolizaed by the coils and 12 by the stent-assisted coils,were analyzed retrospectively.Results 39 cases were successful for the therapeutic processes,while 1 surgical clipping and 2 ruptured during operation.Conclusion Endovascular coil embolization of intracranial aneurysms is an effective and safe method to prevent further hemorrhage.
