摘要
目的探讨电子交叉配血在临床应用中的安全管理。方法制定电子配血SOP文件,建立并完善实验室质量管理体系。对符合条件患者进行电子配血,同时采用传统的血清学交叉配血试验进行平行检测。对输血试验各个环节实施全程质量控制,确保临床用血安全。结果对符合电子配血条件的患者14520份实施电子配血,同时采用血清学交叉配血进行平行检测,未发现ABO/RhD血型系统不相容病例。12033单位红细胞成分发出并输注,未发现输血不良反应。结论严格的输血质量管理措施可以保证电子配血技术的安全应用。
Objective To discuss the safety management of electronic cross-matching in clinical application.Methods By developing the electronic distribution of blood SOP,the laboratory quality management system was established and improved.Patients who matched the condition received electronic matching and the parallel detection by traditional serological cross matching test simultaneously.Each link of the blood test was qualitied with full implementation,ensuring the safety of blood for clinical use.Results 14520 cases of patients received electronic matching blood.ABO/RhD blood incompatible was not observed.12033 units of red blood cell component were issued and infusion,no blood transfusion adverse reactions was found.Conclusion Strict quality control measures could ensure the safety of blood transfusion by electronic matching.
