肺炎克雷伯菌碳青霉烯酶的研究进展及其治疗策略 被引量:5

摘要 肺炎克雷伯菌碳青霉烯酶(KPCs)对几乎所有的β-内酰胺类抗菌药物耐药。这种对抗菌药物广谱耐药的机制迅速在美国蔓延,在世界各地的报道亦有增加。KPC酶可以水解所有的青霉素类、头孢菌素类、氨曲南及碳青霉烯类。产KPC酶菌株所致感染的治疗选择非常有限。因此,KPC酶介导的耐药机制的出现是全球人类身体健康的重大威胁之一。本文就肺炎克雷伯菌碳青霉烯的研究进展及其治疗策略做一综述。
