摘要
根据能量守恒定律、阀门压损公式以及弗留格尔公式重新建立并推导了超超临界直流锅炉稳定工况下主汽温度与其影响因素的微分关系式。该关系式全面反映了影响主汽温度的各种因素,根据该关系式可以求得各影响因素对主汽温影响的相对敏感度。在所得数学模型的基础上,对某无调阀的1 000 MW超超临界机组进行了实例计算,求出了该机组在3个典型工况下各影响因素对主汽温影响的相对敏感度,绘制了影响因素相对敏感度的条形图和趋势图。据此比较了各影响因素对主汽温的影响程度,得到了各影响因素对主汽温影响的具体规律。所得结论可为超超临界锅炉在稳定工况下的运行控制及相关研究提供理论依据。
According to the law of energy balance equation, valves pressure loss formula and Friuli Siegel formula, gets a differential relationship for the superheated steam temperature and its influencing factors of ultra-supercritieal boiler through rigorous mathematical derivation. This relationship reflects various factors which impact the change of superheated steam temperature completely. According to the relationship can get the relative sensitivity of these in- fluencing factors which impact the change of superheated steam temperature. On the basis of this mathematical model, this paper makes an example calculation for the 1 000 MW supercritical boiler which has no valves, then calculate the relative sensitivity of influencing factors of superheated steam when the unit is under three typical ~on- ditions and draw the maps of relative sensitivity of each influencing factors. According to the map, the degree of each factor influence on the superheated steam temperature is compared and gets the law of each factor how to influ- ence the superheated steam temperature. The conclusions can provide a theoretical basis for the nan of ultra-super- critical boilers and its related research.
