Innovating the Model for Training the Practical Ability of the Graduate Students of Public Management——Take n university in Fujian for example

公共管理学科研究生实践能力不强,已经成为摆在高等学校和教育者面前迫切需要解决的一个重要问题。文章首先探讨了公共管理学科研究生应该具备的实践能力及其主要构成,继而以福建省某高校为例,分析了当前公共管理学科研究生实践能力培养模式的主要缺陷,最后提出了创新公共管理学科研究生实践能力培养模式的思路与保障机制。

Nowadays, that graduate students of public management do not have very strong practical ability has become a vital problem that needs to be solved by higher institutions and educators. At first, this paper discusses the practical ability and its main components which the graduate students of public management should have. Then taking one university in Fujian Province for example, this paper continues to analyze the main defects of the current model for training the graduates＇ practical ability. At last, this paper puts forward the ideas and guarantee mechanism for innovating the training model of the graduate students of public management.
