摘要
"全员育人"的基本理念体现在"全员参与、全程参与、全方位参与、全心参与"的大德育观方面。尽管这一理念早已被中职学校普遍认可和试行,但在实践中却一直很难得到真正落实。中职学校实施"全员育人"的现状及问题表明,构建一个统一协调、全员参与、齐抓共管的大德育环境,有针对性地探讨"全员育人"的实施策略,是落实"全员育人"理念的有效途径。
The basic ideas of education of students by all staff outlook, which includes all staff participation,participation from are mainly beginning embodied in the great moral education to end, all-round participation and whole-hearted participation. Although this concept has been Widely accepted and tried out by the secondary vocational schools, it has been difficult to be really implemented in practice.The status and problems show that it is an effective way to carry out education by all staff, by constructing a large moral environment based on unified coordination, full participation and co-management, and exploring pertinently the implementation strategies.
