摘要
研究教师远程培训的课程教学,从学习迁移的视角来探索培训的教学效果。以4a教育技术远程培训平台为基础,对个案进行分析,更多的关注作为教师远程培训,应该将学习迁移作为学习的核心,采用互动培训,来提升教学质量。
This paper focuses on the course teaching of teachers distant training and explores the effectiveness of training from the perspective of learning transfer. Based on the 4A education technology remote training platform, this paper analyzes individual cases, paying more attention to teachers distance training, using learning transfer as the core, and adopting interactive training to improve teaching quality.
