摘要
为有效解决文化创意产业融资难的问题,文章分析了文化创意产业的特点和融资现状,发现文化创意产业独特的产业特征、自身的先天因素及现有的金融政策都成为制约文化创意产业融资的因素。建议大力推进以版权融资为核心的知识产权融资及金融创新机制,构建文化创意产业多元化融资体系,加快完善文化创意产业投融资中介服务体系,以实现文化创意产业融资方式创新。
Financing has become a main bottleneck for cultural creativity industry development.The unique industrial characteristics,its innate factors and the existing financial policies have become the factors that restrict financing in cultural creativity industry.Thus in order to realize the financing mode innovation in cultural creativity,we should promote the copyright financing-centered intellectual property financing and financial innovation mechanism;construct cultural creativity industry diversified financing system;accelerate and perfect cultural creativity industry investing and financing intermediary service system.
