In the aspects of training innovative talents,the independent colleges are still on the exploration and development stage.In order to develop a solid foundation,strong ability of innovation of high-quality talents,the independent college needs to create conditions for innovation of teaching environment and teaching ideas.The teaching objective and implementation scheme were suggested for invention ability in the cultivation of students.The specific ways of how to arouse teachers’creativity and initiative and how to improve the teaching quality and effect were discussed in detail.The purpose of this paper was to provide constructive ideas ways of cultivating innovative talents and method for the independent college decision-makers.
