摘要 目的分析阿仑膦酸钠治疗糖尿病合并骨质疏松的临床治疗效果。方法对2009年至2012年我院骨科收治的55例糖尿病合并骨质疏松的患者进行对症治疗,采用阿仑膦酸钠治疗骨质疏松,半年后观察药物治疗骨质疏松的临床效果。结果经过对症治疗后,55例患者症状均有明显改善,骨密度检查显示腰椎、股骨粗隆、股骨颈、华氏三角区的骨密度值都有不同程度的增加。结论积极进行对糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者的治疗能够显著改善骨质疏松的症状,有效预防因为骨质疏松而导致的其他骨科疾病。 Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of alendronate sodium in the treatment of diabetes complicated with osteoporosis. Methods Fifty-five cases of the patients with diabetes complicated with osteoporosis in the orthopedic department of our hospital from 2009 to 2012 were symptomatically treated with alendronate sodium. The clinical effect of the drug therapy were observed after half a year. Results After treatment, 55 cases of the patients were obviously improved, with bone density examination showing different degrees of increase in the bone mineral density of the lumbar spine, femoral neck, trochanter, and Fahrenheit triangle values. Conclusions Combined therapy in patients with diabetes complicated with osteoporosis can significantly improve the symptoms of osteoporosis, and effectively prevent other orthopedic diseases caused by osteoporosis.
