对比敏感度联合视觉电生理在亚临床期糖尿病视网膜病变中的应用

Application of Contrast Sensitivity Joint Visual Electrophysiological in the Subclinical Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探讨对比敏感度联合视觉电生理在亚临床期糖尿病视网膜病变中的应用。方法选取2010年至2012年间于我院治疗的糖尿病视网膜病变患者75例为观察组;另选取同期的未发生视网膜病变的糖尿病患者75例为对照组。通过对比两组患者对比敏感度检查(CS)、视网膜电图检查(ERG),评价对比敏感度联合视觉电生理在亚临床期糖尿病视网膜病变诊断检查中的作用。结果 CS检查中观察组患者的对比敏感度指数远低于对照组,ERG检查中观察组潜伏期时间远高于对照组。ERG检查中波幅差异不明显。结论对比敏感度检查、视网膜电图检查在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中有敏感性表现,可以作为糖尿病视网膜病变尤其是早期症状不显时的诊断依据。

Objective To explore the application of contrast sensitivity joint visual electrophysiological in the subclinical diabetic retinopathy. Methods 75 patients with diabetic retinopathy in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were chosen as the observation group. 75 cases without retinopathy during the same period were chosen as the control group. The sensitivity checks （CS）, ERG （ERG） of the two groups were taken for contrast. The role of sensitivity joint visual electrophysiolog in the subclinical diabetic retinopathy diagnostic test was taken for evaluation. Results The contrast sensitivity index of the CS check in the observation group was much lower than the control group, and latency time of ERG examination in the observation group was far higher than the control group. The ERG check volatility was not significantly different. Conclusions The contrast sensitivity checks and the ERG have sensitivity performance in patients with diabetic retinopathy, and it can be used as diabetic retinopathy, especially when the diagnosis based on the early symptoms is not noticeable.
