宝安区人工流产女性健康教育形式与途径的作用分析

Analysis of Health Education Form and Ways for Artificial Abortion Women in Bao'an District

目的探讨宝安地区女性人工流产的健康教育形式与获取途径,开展针对性的措施,降低重复人工流产率,促进女性生殖健康。方法对2013年5月至2013年6月宝安地区1134例人工流产的妇女进行调查统计,分析这1134例女性的健康教育形式与获取途径。结果人工流产情况与年龄、职业、学历、户籍、婚姻、月收入有关(P<0.05)。研究对象健康服务形式与获得途径主要有宣传资料册、医院开设培训班、设咨询室、电话咨询、专家一对一指导、网络聊天、视频教育及社区讲座。结论加强人工流产的健康教育,提供更多健康知识获取途径,有针对性地实施宣教,有助于降低重复人工流产率,促进女性健康。

Objective To study the health education forms and accesses for artificial abortion women in Bao＇an district, in order to carry out targeted measures, reduce repeat induced abortion rate, and promote female reproductive health. Methods 1 134 cases of artificial abortion women from May 2013 to June 2013 in Bao＇an district were taken for investigation and statistical analysis. The health education forms and accesses of the 1 134 cases were taken for analysis. Results According to the research, abortion was related with age, occupation, education, residence, marriage, and income （P 〈0.05）; health education forms and accesses mainly included public health handouts and various education activities carried out by hospital, such as training, phone, Web-based, and on-site consulting, expert one-on-one instruction, video and community lecture. Conclusions Strengthening targeted health education of abortion and provide more access to health knowledge can help to reduce the repeat induced abortion rate and promote women＇s health.
