深圳市龙岗区健康体检人群血脂两项水平分析与参考值范围探讨

Analysis of Blood Lipid Level and Its Reference Range Among Health Check-up Population in Longgang District of Shenzhen

目的了解深圳市龙岗区健康体检人群血脂水平现状及探讨该地区血脂两项(CHOL、TG)参考值范围。方法应用罗氏MODULEP800全自动生化分析仪检测,按健康人群的年龄和性别分组,对各组健康人群血脂两项(TC、TG)水平进行分析与参考值范围探讨。结果本地人群血清TC、TG均值分别为4.80mmol/L和1.24mmol/L。被检健康体体检人群女性血清TC、TG水平均高于男性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);本地不同年龄组间≤20岁人群与21～30岁人群间TG水平基本相似(P>0.05),21～30岁人群以上相邻年龄段间TC、TG水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),血清TC和TG水平随着年龄的增长而增高,然而在60岁以后会出现下降;本地人群不同性别同年龄组间血脂水平比较≤20岁人群TC、TG水平性别间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。41～50岁人群TG水平性别间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同地区人群的血脂水平也不尽相同,各地区、实验室应建立本地区不同性别、不同年龄组的血脂参考范围,以供临床对检验结果的诊断价值作出正确判断。

Objective To understand the current situation of blood lipids level and investigate the reference ranges of two blood Lipids （CHOL, TG） within healthy examination crowd in Longgang District of Shenzhen. Methods Blood Lipids （TC, TG） level was analyzed with automatic biochemical analyzer Roche MODULE PS00, and reference ranges of health check-up population were investigated by age and gender groups. Results The average serum TC, TG of local population were 4.80 mmol/L and 1.24 mmol/L, respectively. The women＇s serum TC and TG levels were higher than the men＇s in healthy examination population, which was statistically significant difference （P 〈0.001）; The TG levels were similar （P 〉0.05） between different age groups of below 20 years old and 21-30 years old, while the TC and TG levels of adjacent age groups of above 21 - 30 years old showed significant differences （P 〈0.001）; the serum TC and TG levels increased with increasing age, but after age 60 gone down; the serum TC and TG levels were with no significant difference between different gender group of below 20 years old （P 〉0.05）. There was no significant difference of TG level between different gender groups of 41 - 50 years old （P 〉0.05）. Conclusions The Serum lipid levels are not the same in different areas, so each region of the laboratory should establish a local area of reference ranges of blood lipids according to different gender and age groups, so as to make correct judgment on the clinical diagnostic value of the test results.
