经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石术病人健康教育评价标准的构建及应用

Construction and application of evaluation standard of health education for patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy

[目的]构建经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石术健康教育评价标准,探讨其合理性及可操作性,提供护理健康教育质量检测工具。[方法]采用理论研究、临床调研的方法初步拟订经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石术健康教育评价标准;应用德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法对17名专家进行3轮问卷咨询,定量分析各指标的权重。将经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石术健康教育评价标准运用于临床。[结果]专家咨询的权威系数为0.83;最终确定的经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石术健康教育评价标准包括一级指标3条、二级指标26条,其专家接受度均>80%;一级、二级指标的协调系数分别为0.493,0.401,表示专家咨询的协调程度好,结果可靠;住院病人的满意度及接受健康教育后相关知识认知效果明显提高(P<0.05)。[结论]本评价标准对经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石术病人健康教育的质量管理、检测和临床指导具有重要意义。建立专科护理健康教育评价体系是提升护理质量的有效途径。

Objective：To construct the evaluation standard of health education for patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy and probe into its rationality and maneuverability,so as to provide Nursing health education quality testing tools.Methods：The theoretical study and clinical research methods were used to make up health education evaluation standard for patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy;Using Delphy（Delphi） expert consultation,3 rounds of the questionnaire consultation were carried out for 17 experts and quantitative analysis was carried out for the weight of each index.The evaluation standard of health education for patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy was used in clinic.Results：the authority coefficient of expert consultation was 0.83;the finally determined evaluation standard of health education for patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy included 3 one-level indicators,26 two-level indicators,the experts acceptance 80%;coordination coefficient of the two kinds of indicators respectively was 0.493 and 0.401,which showed that the coordination degree of expert advice was good and results was reliable.Inpatients＇ satisfaction and their cognitive effect of health education related knowledge after receiving health education were enhanced significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion：The evaluation standard has important significance in the quality management,detection and clinical guidance of health education for patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy.Establishment of nursing health education evaluation system is an effective way to improve nursing quality.
