The rise of ship load bearing puts forward higher requirements for ship materials. Improper welding processes will cause the welding crack and incomplete fusion defects, which directly affects property and life safety of navigation process. This paper introduces the welding technology of 90mm cast steel GS-20Mn5 and E steel.
