Innovation of Moral Education Teaching Mode in Secondary Vocational Schools

中等职业学校德育工作者要在科学发展观的指导下,积极探索创新德育课程教学模式,全面提升学生的综合素质和职业能力。构建"做人+做事"德育课程教学模式,必须创新教学理念,实现主体转向;更新教学内容,优化课程设置;开发教学资源,创新教学方法;坚持"以人为本",构建科学评估机制。德育课程教学模式创新不是对原有教学模式的全盘否定。

Currently, the moral education teaching reform cannot meet the rapid development of economic society and vocational education. Moral education staff should actively explore innovative teaching mode under the guidance of scientific development concept, and improve students＇ integrated quality and professional abilities. To construct the new teaching mode, we should bring forth new teaching concepts, update the teaching materials, upgrade the curriculum structure, develop teaching resources, make innovations in teaching methods, and construct scientific evaluation system. However, the innovation of moral education teaching mode should not totally negate the original teaching mode.
