摘要
通过对山蜡梅进行不同土壤种类、扦插条长度、扦插时间的多水平扦插育苗试验,结果表明:采用林地土壤、1叶2芽扦插条、在2月下旬腋芽萌动前(即A1B2C2组合)进行扦插的苗木成活率较高、抽梢高度较长,可以在山蜡梅无性繁殖中推广应用。统计分析表明:土壤种类对山蜡梅扦插苗成活率的影响为极显著,扦插时间对扦插苗成活率的影响为显著,扦插条长度对扦插苗成活率的影响为不显著;土壤种类、扦插条长度、扦插时间对山蜡梅扦插苗抽梢高度的影响均为不显著。
Multi-level cuttage-seedling-raising experiments of Chimonanthus nitens with different soil types & cutting length of the strip at different cutting time were conducted. Result shows that: seedlings for cutting with the use of forest soil, cuttings of two buds and a leaf, buds in late February before sprout (ie A1 B2 C2 combination ) have higher survival rate and much longer height of shoot growth; Chimonanthus nitens with asexual reproduction should be popularized . Statistical analysis shows that: soil type have very significant effects on survival rate of cutting stock; the length of the cutting stock have significant effects on survival rate of cutting stock; cutting time have no significant effect on survival rate of cutting stock; the effect of soil types, cutting length of the cutting stock, cutting time on shoot length of cutting stock of Chimonanthus nitens are all no significant.
