摘要
对阜新地区辽阜1号、实优、中国第一代杂交种等3个沙棘品种进行不同基质、不同林龄母树采集插穗、不同水质灌溉及不同施肥量的扦插试验,结果表明:细沙+牛粪+煤灰渣+碎石是最好的扦插基质;采穗母树年龄越大,扦插苗成活率越低;方塘水灌溉好于深井水灌溉;增加施肥量能显著提高扦插苗的高径生长。
Three varieties of Hippophae rhamnoides (Liaofu No. 1, Shiyou, China's first generation of hybrids) were conducted cutting experiments with different substrates, collected cuttings of seed tree with different forest age, irrigation with different water quality and different fertilization in Fuxin region. Results shows that: fine-sand + cow dung + coal ash+ gravel is the optimal cutting medium; the older the scion mother trees are, the lower the survival rate of cutting is; irrigation with water in square pond is optimal than that in deep well; increasing the amount of fertilizer can significantly improve the height and the diameter growth of cuttings.
