妇科阴道毛滴虫感染分析及预防措施研究

Infection analysis and preventive measures of Trichomonas vaginalis

目的:分析妇科阴道毛滴虫感染的原因,总结预防措施。方法:选取收治的40例妇科阴道毛滴虫感染患者的相关资料,对各年龄段的感染率和各季节的感染率进行比较,对预防措施进行总结。结果:年龄段在30～40岁的感染率明显高于20～30岁和40～50岁的感染率,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),有统计学意义。20～30岁和40～50岁的感染率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。春季感染率明显高于夏、秋、冬季感染率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。夏、秋、冬季感染率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。结论:妇科阴道毛滴虫感染患者多为年龄段在30～40岁的女性,且春季的感染率较高。预防措施主要是对传播源进行控制、对传播途径进行切断、提高自我保护意识、积极进行卫生保健。

Objective To analyze the causes of Trichomonas vaginalis infection of gynecological vaginal,and summarize the preventive measures.Method We selected the related data of 40 cases of gynecological vaginal trichomonas infection in our hospital from 2010 January-2010 year in December,the infection rate of all ages and seasonal infection rates were compared,to summarize the preventive measures.Results At the age of 30-40 years,infection rate was significantly higher than that of 20-30 and 40-50 years old,respectively,P 0.05,there was statistical significance.20-30 and 40-50 years old infection rate,P0.05,no significant difference,be comparable.The infection rate was significantly higher than that in spring summer,autumn,winter,respectively,P0.05,there was statistical significance.Summer,autumn,winter infection rate,P0.05,no significant difference,comparable.Conclusion Gynecological vaginal Trichomonas vaginalis infection patients are in women aged 30-40,and the infection rate was higher in spring.Preventive measures are controlling the main source of communication,cutting off,and raising awareness of self-protection,actively carrying out health care of transmission.
