布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠在支气管哮喘中的临床应用

Observation on effect of combined treatment of budesonide and montelukast sodium in treating cases with bronchial asthma

目的:探讨布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法:将支气管哮喘患者70例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予布地奈德治疗措施,在此基础上观察组同时给予孟鲁司特钠治疗,评估两者治疗效果。结果:治疗后观察组患者ACT评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者FEV1、PEEP及FVE明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论:布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠在支气管哮喘的疗效明确,不良反应少,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of combined treatment of budesonide and montelukast sodium in treating cases with bronchial asthma.Method The 70 cases with bronchial asthma were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group received the budesonide treatment,and the observation group received the treatment of conbined treatment of budesonide and montelukast sodium.Results The scores of ACT in the observation group were higher than those in control group（P0.05）.The level of FEV1,PEEP and FVE in the observation group were higher than those in control group（P0.05）.There was no significant side-effect in the two groups.Conclusion The effect of combined treatment is obvious and the side-effect is few,so they are worth being used.
