Care and observation of thyroid surgery

目的:探讨甲状腺手术综合护理与观察的方法。方法:观察86例甲状腺手术与并发症的护理。结果:本组86例患者均临床治愈。并发症:切口内出血3例,甲状腺危象1例,单侧喉返神经损伤1例,术后低钙1例。结论:密切观察病情,做好综合护理,能提高甲状腺手术的成功率,减少并发症,对防范医疗纠纷的发生具有重大意义。

Objective To study the comprehensive care and observation methods of thyroid surgery.Method We observed 86 cases of thyroid surgery and care of complications.Results 86 cases were clinically cured.Incision complications：3 cases of hemorrhage,1case of thyroid crisis,1 case of unilateral recurrent laryngeal nerve injury,1 case of low calcium.Conclusion Close observation of disease condition and comprehensive care can improve the success rate of thyroid surgery,and it also have important significance in reducing complications and preventing the occurrence of medical disputes.
