摘要
针对目前对ERP实施评价以定性为主的现状,结合动力学及平衡记分卡等相关理论知识,建立了ERP实施动阻力定量分析评价模型,为ERP在航天零部件制造企业的成功实施提供重要的决策依据与数据支持。根据动力及阻力作用原理,从组织内部和外部两个维度上对ERP实施过程中的动阻力进行系统分析,构建了ERP动阻力的"球体模型"及其二维定量分析模型,并依据平衡记分卡评价方法对具体动阻力进行定量化分析。
This paper provides model of Dynamic Resistance Two-dimensional Evaluation facing on the Implementation of ERP combined with dynamics and balance score card and other related theoretical knowledge,in view of the present situation of qualitative priority on the implementation of ERP,which provide important basis and data support for ERP in aerospace parts manufacturing enterprise success implementation.Basing on power and resistance mechanism,it provides system analysis on the implementation process of ERP dynamic resistance from two dimensions of organization's internal and external,making construction of the ERP dynamic resistance "sphere model" and two dimensional quantitative analysis model,and provides the dynamic resistance to quantitative analysis basing on balanced scorecard.
