摘要
某型电子设备在振动试验时发生螺钉松脱故障,为此对螺纹连接的紧固相关问题进行了研究。分别对螺栓连接预紧、螺栓组的布置方式以及螺栓的破坏形式进行了机理分析,提供了一种螺栓连接非线性有限元仿真分析方法,最后结合实际情况提出了设计改进意见以解决螺钉松脱问题。为电子设备螺纹紧固连接设计提供了一种方法。
A type of electronic equipment occurred screw loose fault in vibration test.This paper focus on the threaded connection used to fasten the parts of electronic equipment.The affection of tighten-up tension,the group assignment of screw joints and the breaking of thread stress have been analyzed.A threaded connection of nonlinear finite element simulation analysis method is provided.Finally,combined with the actual situation,it puts forward the design improvements to solve the screw loose problem.A kind of design method of screw joints is submitted in this paper.
