摘要
分析了当前的中医药发展形势,指出真正制约中医药事业发展的瓶颈并非物质条件,而是某些中医从业人员学术指导思想的异化;由此认识到针对中医学的基本属性和内涵开展讨论,以正本清源是十分必要的。中医学内涵的核心就是病机的主体地位及其构建过程。分析了病机的核心价值及其学术基础,这一基础的实质是基于发生学的东方文化的系统属性,它与当代的系统科学——复杂适应系统理论(Complex Adaptive Systems Theory)具有内在的一致性。
This article points out that the real bottleneck for the development of Chinese medicine is the alienation of academic guiding idea of some Chinese medicine practitioners instead of material condition after analyzing the current developing situation of Chinese medicine.It is thereby necessary to discuss about basic properties and connotation of the Chinese medicine in order to correct fundamentally.The core of this connotation is the dominant position of pathogenesis and its construction process.Accordingly,the core value of the pathogenesis and its philosophical foundation were further analyzed.The article believes that the essence of the foundation is the system property of the oriental culture based on phylogenetics which is consistent interiorly with current Complex Adaptive Systems Theory.
