On the Causes of and Solutions to Casing Damages in Bamianhe Oil Field

八面河油田经过近30年的开发,套管损坏井逐年增多,严重影响了油田的生产开发。造成套管损坏的主要因素有井身结构、地质结构、开采工艺等,预防套管损坏应首先应在钻井完井设计时采取应对措施,其次是在产生和作业过程中减少对套管的损伤害。

After nearly 30 decades of development, Bamianhe oil Field has been plagued by increasing casing damages which severely undermine the production and development. The causes of easing damages mainly include well bore configurations, geological structures and extraction techniques. To prevent casing damages, countermeasures should be adopted during drilling and well completion designs as well as during the production and operation stages to minimize damages to casings.
