以服务群众、做群众工作为主要任务,加强基层服务型党组织建设。要坚持在尊重依靠上见真诚,不断强化做群众工作的自觉性;要坚持在把脉问诊上求主动,努力增强做群众工作的针对性;要坚持在教育引导上下工夫,注重突出做群众工作的导向性;要坚持在关心爱护上出实招,切实提高做群众工作的实效性。

The primary mission is to serve the people in strengthening construction of service-oriented Party organization at community level. The author advocates constantly strengthening consciousness about doing mass work, being better targeted at doing it, being more oriented and practical in doing it. All this can be achieved by sincerely respecting and relying on the masses, taking the initiative to know about what they are thinking, trying to guide them through education and heartedly caring about them.
