On How Grassroots Party Members and Cadres Are More Practical in Their Work

基层党员干部要力戒空谈、多办实事,就必须在理念上做到务实,努力培养忠诚精神,时刻牢记岗位职责;在态度上做到踏实,要与群众保持密切联系,主动挑战各种困难;在行动上做到落实,倾力改善职工工作环境,关注好特殊人群,清正廉洁办事公道;还要提升素质以增强办实事的能力。

To be more practical instead of empty talk, grassroots Party members and cadres must do something as follows： firstly, as an idea, they must be pragmatic in cultivate themselves in loyal spirit and always bearing in mind job responsibility; secondly, in attitude, they must be dependable in getting close tie to people and taking the initiative to challenge difficulties, thirdly, in action, they must be workable in being dedicated to improvement of staff＇s work environment, paying close attention to special groups and being clean and fair in running affairs, and lastly they must improve their own quality to enhance their ability to do something concrete.
